SHIPPING

Depending on your specified delivery address and product availability, orders will be shipped from fulfillment centers located in Europe Union, United Kingdom, United States, or Canada.

 

Creating a product and fulfilling the order can take 2-5 business days.


Estimate shipping time after your ordered product created:

Depending on the country of destination and product availability, estimated delivery time can take 2-20 business days and customs duties may apply, which you are responsible for covering yourself.

 

After submitting the order you'll receive shipment tracking information.

RETURNS

Please keep in mind, that items purchased on moodyshadow.com are printed just for you. Please check your size carefully.

HOW TO RETURN, REPLACE OR EXCHANGE NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange a non-defective item, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. The policy lasts 30 days after your order placement. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a return, replacement, or exchange.

 

I do not cover the postage cost or customs duties of returning the first item you send back, but I will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you. I will start to process the refund, replacement, or exchange within 5 business days after confirmation from the fulfillment center, that your item  received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replaced product to reach you may vary.

 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item(s) and if the items do not reach the fulfillment center, in such case I will not be able to replace or refund them.

WHEN AN ITEM IS MISPRINTED / DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product with provided photos. For such items no physical return of the product is needed. A new item will be sent, or a refund will be processed within 5 working days after your claim accepted.
 

WHEN PACKAGING LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Reshipping expenses will be covered.

WHEN WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the order fulfilment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

WHEN SHIPMENT UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfilment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
